Botànic infuses refreshing cocktails and mocktails on the menu to also incorporate plant forward pleasure: Try the Purple Summer, a beetroot Sangria made with oranges from Sóller, Mallorcan red wine, passion fruit and a red berries liqueur. The uniquely Mexican Ramallet, is created with rum, a special tomato from the island called ramallet, basil, lime and Rosa Blanca beer. Gin lovers may wish to try our refreshing Gin Basil - with lime, cucumber, basil and a splash of St. Germain. The restaurant’s beverage selection is the perfect way to imbibe any time of day and guests can also enjoy a fine selection of wines, cava and champagne.

Passion Fruit Margarita
50 ml of tequila
50 ml of passion fruit natural puree
10 ml of liquid white sugar syrup
15 ml coconut milk infused with kefir lime for 30 minutes
Pour all ingredients except curry in a shaker and shake well, pour in a martini glass previously cooled down with crushed ice. Sprinkle the curry powder on top and garnish.
