KVD launched Coco a new 4* sustainable boutique hotel in Copenhagen in 2021 during the pandemic. Despite the difficulties of such a challenging year, Coco exceeded all expectations.

Cofoco has been a driving force within the city's food scene delivering hospitality since 2004. Coco is their first foray into turning their inimitable style into a hotel. Best described as a small Parisian style hotel it is curated with a Copenhagen sense of space and time. The interior is a bespoke mix between the modern and classic, vintage and new.

KVD launched El Llorenç de la Mar in the historic center of Palma, Mallorca in 2020 and it was named one of the “Best Hotels in Spain” by Conde Nast Traveler that year, putting them on a path to achieve higher levels of recognition. 

In addition to a stunning location, the hotel is home to Chef Santi Taura’s DINS restaurant. A beloved chef on the island, Santi is now recognized on an international scale for his talents and respect of Majorcan suppliers.  

KVD launched Sanders hotel in 2017.  Alexander Kølpin, a former dancer with the Royal Danish Ballet created a property with entirely bespoke furnishings and details mixed with select antiques.  

The hotel's restaurant - Sanders Kitchen - is the antithesis of the Nordic cuisine movement, focusing on comfort food in a relaxed environment.  Bar TATA is the chic neighborhood cocktail lounge where globals and locals intermingle. 

In 2019 KVD launched the opening of Finca Serena, the latest in the collection of Madrid based Unico Hotels. The property is surrounded by nature:  ancient olive groves, cypresses and lemon trees, orchards and vineyards.  The design of the accommodations, 25 'perfectly imperfect' rooms were created along the concept of wab-sabi, feature natural fabrics, stone, wood and other local materials creating singularly spaces on this estate of over 100 acres.

KVD launched the opening of the hotel in the Spring of 2015.  A first true luxury hotel for the center of Palma, the manor house was given an extraordinary renovation, maintaining, yet elevating the original architecture of the house.  Complete with a stunning rooftop pool and bar, stylish restaurant and garden, the offering for guests was complete with a very high style design.  Using that as a base we embarked upon a plan to communicate how the hotel was establishing a new level of luxe in Palma. 

KVD was appointed one year in advance to launch the reopening of The Betsy in South Beach following a total renovation. The hotel was architecturally unique from its neighbors being the sole Florida Georgian facade in a sea of art decor structures on Ocean Drive.  We embarked on a plan to communicate how the hotel stood apart from its competitors.   

The Association of Real Estate Development in Brazil supports the development of real estate projects throughout the country. Their mission is to attract foreign investments and facilitate partnerships in residential, hospitality and commercial projects.  KVD was hired to organize a NYC seminar, connect real estate developers with private equity fund managers, and to source keynote speakers and panelists for the conference in Brazil.
